Duties:
As a Marketing Executive Assistant of the Agilent Technologies Life
Science and Chemical Analysis Business (LSCA) Laboratory Informatics
team you will support the WW Marketing manager and her team.
Secondarily, you will provide assistance to other executives on the
informatics team. In addition you will partner with LSCA Executive
Assistants, to provide collaborative and proactive support for the
Business’ Executives, management, and’ staff members, on an as-needed
basis.
Using your professional experience as an Executive Assistant in a
customer-facing organization, your responsibilities will include and are
not limited to:
- Build up an environment of a professional Executive department in a
global expanding organization.
- Screen the Sr. Marketing manager’s internal and external
correspondences (i.e. emails, voicemails, etc.) and actively reviewing,
routing and responding to inquiries as appropriate with ability to
handle sensitive situations while maintaining professional
confidentiality.
- Maintain calendars, set priorities, and schedule appointments/meetings
in different time zones, international travel arrangements, etc.
- Coordinate teleconferences, meetings across-the-board and special
events (i.e. customer meetings, offsite meetings, etc.) which includes
creating the agenda, making logistical and travel arrangements,
preparing and disseminating meeting materials and information.
- Research, gather and analyze complex data to prepare reports,
proposals, and presentation materials using various software
applications.
- Manage internal business processes and conduct follow-up to ensure
resolution.
- Coordinate activities with outside vendors and/or internal and
external customers that include requesting and/or providing necessary
business information and follow-up to ensure issue resolution.
- Communicate policies, processes, and activities through memos,
publications, web sites, or other vehicles as appropriate.
- Perform general office duties or other services for the division and
be perceived as a trustfully contact person at site.
Qualifications:
May require some higher education or specialized training/certification.
Requires a minimum of 3 years directly related experience, with
typically 6 to 8 years experience.
