Duties:
In this role, you will be working in a team of scientists within Agilent
Technologies Life Science and Chemical Analysis’ Clinical Diagnostics
Group. The team of Scientists is dedicated to generating verification
and validation data for the clinical products within the Agilent product
pipeline.
Key responsibilities include helping design and execute experiments,
across product platforms, creating and implementing standard operating
protocols for good laboratory practice, and helping analyze and organize
results required for the regulatory submission process. In addition,
this individual will also be a key contributor in project teams
requiring coordination with other functions and responsible for solving
a broad range of problems varying in scope and complexity.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
-BS/MS in one of the following degree programs: Clinical Chemistry,
Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technology.
-Clinical Laboratory experience an absolute requirement: Candidate must
either possess licensure as a clinical chemist, clinical laboratory
scientist, medical laboratory technician or illustrate proficiency
necessary to sit for such licensure
-Familiarity with complex instrumentation and computer programs highly
desired
-Ability to work independently within a team environment
-Possess excellent communications and time management skills
-Be detail oriented with ability to keep meticulous records of work
-Comfortable working with complex prototype equipment and
multidisciplinary teams
